Store Policy

Items sold by Art Clay World America are warranted to be as advertised. Any item you find unsatisfactory may be returned to Art Clay World America for credit by calling Art Clay World America for a return authorization.

There are some exclusions to our return policy. It is your responsibility to see that we receive the merchandise in the original package in saleable condition, unless defective when you received it. You may return items up to 30 days after purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice/packing list and be sure to call in for your return authorization number.

PROCESSING WILL BE EPEDITED BY DOING THE FOLLOWING:

1. Please phone Art Clay World America, Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Mountain Daylight time to request your return authorization number. Have your customer number, order number, item number and reason for the return when you call.
2. Write your return authorization number on the outside of the shipping carton.
3. Pack carefully. We are not responsible for damage during the return shipment.
4. Send all returns to Art Clay World America -returns department-the address will be provided to you with your return authorization number.

NO ITEMS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR CREDIT WITHOUT A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
