⚠️  Art Clay World America – Class Cancellation Policy

If you have registered for a workshop and are unable to attend, the following cancellation policies apply:

• Cancellations must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date.
  A class credit will be issued for the full amount paid. This credit must be used within 6 months from the date of issuance. After 6 months, the credit will expire and will no longer be valid.
• Cancellations received fewer than 7 days before the class date are not eligible for refund or credit.
• If a class is canceled or rescheduled by Art Clay World America or its affiliates, you will have the option to receive either a full refund or a class credit. Class credits must be used within 6 months from the date of issuance or they will expire.
• Cancellations due to serious medical or family emergencies will be credited for the full class amount, provided that you notify Art Clay World America as soon as possible before the scheduled start of the class.
• If you do not attend your scheduled class and fail to notify us in advance (via email or phone) prior to the start of the class — whether due to a medical emergency or another reason — the full cost of the class will be forfeited.
